These Firecracker Cakes are amazing! And believe it when we
tell you, yes…they are filled with Pop Rocks. There aren’t too many ingredients
involved and 1 recipe makes about 14 cakes, but a dessert this amazing takes
time, so be prepared for a lot of steps. But come on…how can you not have these mini, exploding firecracker cakes at your party?
